How does our production process work?

Step-by-Step Guide to Our Custom Stamp Production Process

The production processes of the finished product themselves consist of only a few cycles.

To simplify, they can be divided into 4 stages:

1. Preliminary machining of the workpiece to the required dimensions, followed by polishing of the working surface.

2. Direct process of stamp annealing using a laser machine.

 3. Finishing machining and grinding of all surfaces.

4. Visual, technological and mechanical quality control of the finished product.
Checking the quality of the print, on metal or plasticine, depending on what material the product is intended for, followed by photo or video recording.

5. Packaging of the finished order and sending to the addressee.
