Our company is located in Spain, all shipments are made from Avenida Andalucia 98, 3H (Ed. Vega), Torrox costa, Spain, 29770.Estimated Standard Shipping times:
Europe: 5-7 business days. Cost of €7 (euros).Â
United Kindom: 5-7 business days. Cost of €7 (euros).Â
United States: 12-18 business days. Cost of €7 (euros).
Canada: 3-6 weeks. Cost of €11 (euros).
Australia: 3-6 weeks. Cost of €11 (euros).
New Zealand, Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-10 weeks. (Cost need to clarify with the manager)
We'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Express Delivery
You can choose Express Delivery if you need your product sooner. It can be chosen during the Checkout procedure and will increase your expenses by €42 for most of the countries mentioned above and by €70 for locations considered to be remote.
Europe: 3-4 business days. Cost of €43 (euros).
United Kindom: 3-4 business days. Cost of €43 (euros).Â
United States: 7-9 business days (up to 15 days during busy holidays). Cost of €43 (euros).
Canada: 7-9 business days (up to 15 days during busy holidays). Cost of €86 (euros).
Australia: 7-9 business days (up to 15 days during busy holidays). Cost of €86 (euros).
New Zealand, Oceania, Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-9Â business days (up to 15 days during busy holidays). (Cost need to clarify with the manager)
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Tracking number
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us, and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we can't control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
If your order is delayed due to the postal service, we will ship a new item or issue a full refund 75 days after the actual date the order was shipped.
